The Telegraph Herald, a newspaper, reports on a new program offered by the University of Illinois. Through the Extension Office, and in cooperation with the local 4-H club, they are providing free worm composting kits to youth for the asking. The kits contain everything needed to get started with vermicomposting. It is unnecessary to be a 4-H club member to get access to the kits.
